260P/McNaught is a short period (7 year) Jupiter-family comet that loops from just beyond Jupiter to just inside the orbit of Mars. It occasionally undergoes small outbursts, but is always just a telescopic object. This was the first time I attempted imaging a comet using separate exposures through red, green, and blue filters.
