Comet C/2021 A1 (Leonard)

Comet C/2021 A1 (Leonard) is a long period comet that has been perturbed by its passage through the inner system into a hyperbolic orbit- that is, it will be ejected from the Solar System after it swings around the Sun in December, 2021.

The comet was barely a naked eye comet around the middle of December, but better seen with binoculars.
